Responsible for special events, donor relations and stewardship, and office operations for Citrus Valley Health Foundation. Oversees the office functions to help ensure compliance with legal, IRS, professional and ethical standards in relation to philanthropy. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or related field. Minimum of 3 years of health care experience, particularly in hospital foundation required. Outstanding interpersonal, management, project management skills required. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and demands; demonstrated success in working effectively with different levels of organization (from employees to board members) in collaborative activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook required. Exel is desirable. Knowledge of service area also desirable. Excellent customer service skills required. Valid California Driver's License. |
