| The Nurse Aide is responsible for assigned patient care tasks under the direct supervision of licensed care providers.One-year nurse attendant experience is preferred. Transports medications and requests to and from Pharmacy/Nurse on a non-routine basis when necessary. Certified Nurse Attendant required for nurse aides hired after 1995 (unless they are currently enrolled in a LVN or RN program and have completed the fundamentals of nursing course). BLS required. |
