|The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of health care services, under the supervision of a physician, in a clinical setting. She/he performs according to the philosophy of Citrus Valley Medical Center, the scope of practice specific to certification, and protocols specific to the participating population.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Clinical/technical skills required. Strong interpersonal skills required.
Previous experience working in a clinical setting required. Excellent customer service skills required.
Current RN license in the State of California. Maintains BLS certification. NRP required for experienced L&D RN. RN accepted in the L&D Training Program will obtain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 6 months from date of hire/transfer. RN will obtain ACLS within 90 days from date of hire/transfer. Basic Fetal Monitoring required within 90 days of hire. Advanced Fetal Monitoring preferred.
