This is a Registered Nurse position responsible for the provision of total care of patient care needs following the nursing process from admission through discharge. Utilizes holistic, multidisciplinary approach in the planning and care of patients and their support systems. Contributes to the smooth team functioning of the agency as a member of the patient care team.BSN preferred.

All (1) newly graduated nurses, (2) re-entry nurses, and (3) nurses new to the U.S. healthcare system must satisfactorily complete the CVHP R.N. Residency Program within the first 6 months of employment at CVHP. Minimum of one years experience as a nurse in an acute care setting. Home Care or Hospice experience preferred. Frequent driving required.  Excellent customer service skills required.

Current CA RN license. BLS. Valid drivers license, current liability insurance required. Cerification preferred in specialty area.
