The Patient Relations Manager acts as a liaison between patients, patients' relatives or representatives, and CVHP.  Investigates patient complaints, serves as an advocate for the patient, and responds to patient needs. Tracks and analyzes data, prepares reports, and participates in committees as required.

BA/BS in Business Management or related field is preferred.  

Minimum of two years prior patient relations experience.  Knowledge of patient safety goals, regulatory guidelines pertaining to healthcare consumer advocacy and complaint management, and other applicable healthcare laws. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access preferred. Excellent verbal and written customer service skills required.
