Reporting to the VP Revenue Cycle, the Physician Billing Coordinator/Office Manager will act a liaison between CVHP and Physician offices, and will identify and provide trends, payment analysis, and variances of accounts receivables for different physicians. The manager will be responsible forpreparing a monthly analysis for the Revenue Cycle Dept, coordinating monthly JOCs, initiating contacts, submitting spreadsheets, and working closely with the physician office managers on a weekly/monthly basis. Responsible for day to day ordering supplies.
Associate or higher degree in related area required.
Knowledge of hospital/physician office reimbursement methodology. Hospital and physicianoffice billing and claim knowledge/experience. Excellent computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Word required. Must be detail orientated, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multi-task. Must have in-depth knowledge of California Health and Safety Codes and ERISA regulations. Must be highly motivated and work well under pressure. Excellent customer service skills required.
